Because We Must

You and I carry our scars,
Our hopes, our dreams,
Tied 'cross our chest,
You know it and you know it best,

Dyin' day in and day out,
To make just enough,
To get you along somehow,
Always fearful of the copper's cuffs,
And tryin' to keep loose from the hangman's noose,

Oh, well, we ain't go it now,
Nobody does,
We ain't got it made yet, no way, no how,
Everything's lost,
But we're gonna take it back,
No matter the cost,
For you I'd crawl to the moon and back, and that's a fact,
We're gonna die, we all have to, but we're gonna live too,
Because we must,

Many times I've found myself,
Sitting in this car,
Floor it, let go of the wheel,
And let's dance together in the dark,

'Cause I'm tired of always living,
At the end of my ropes,
You sweat and bleed,
And you break your back to reap, only to never come to sow,

Oh, well, we may not have it now,
But no one does,
We ain't done nothing yet,
Everything is lost,
But we're gonna take it back,
No matter the cost,
For you I'd crawl to the moon and back and that's a fact,
We're gonna die, we all have to, but we're gonna dance too,
Because we must,

Je Ne Voux Regreter Rien

The night's taken over the town,
And I can hear the leak in my shower,
The water trickling down,
Them old and rusty brass pipes,

I'm sittin' up on the bed,
Smokin' away at a cigarrete,
Wishing myself away far off to the shores of the Senne,
Je ne veux regreter rien,

And though I ain't got much,
To brag about,
I've got friends and relations,
I could not do without,
A matress on the floor,
And a foolish dream,
Don't need much more,
To sail this ole canue up that stream,

The day is long,
And even longer is the night,
When you ain't got no one,
To hold you fast and tight,

To tell you in so sweet a way
Everything's gonna be alright,
To find you when you're lost,
In dark haunted forests, under the night,

I can just feel it fludding my bones,
Seeping like heroin into a vein,
The cold harsh kick of realising you're on your own,
Out in the wild with the world going insane,

The night's taken over the town,
And I can hear the leak in my shower,
The water trickling down,
Them old and rusty brass pipes,

I'm sittin' up on the bed,
Smokin' away at a cigarrete,
Wishing myself away far off to the shores of the Senne,
Je ne veux regreter rien,

I wanna sail up that river
Sink down to the bottom,
And there under the stars,
Wash away my scars,

It's not been long since last, my home I did see,
Since I kissed momma goodbye,
And see what it could offer to a scoundrel like me,
This big ole' world that's passing us by,

The night's taken over the town,
And I can hear the leak in my shower,
The water trickling down,
Them old and rusty brass pipes,

I'm sittin' up on the bed,
Smokin' away at a cigarrete,
Wishing myself away far off to the shores of the Senne,
Je ne veux regreter rien,

Heartbreak Station

Well you spend your days,
Searching for something,
That makes you feel alright,
But nothing does,
You're lost in a maze where nothing ever comes out right,
Trapped in the gloomy webs of the night,

Oh, now man, she's gone,
She ain't coming back
She put her make up on,
She packed her bags,
She took her warmth, her touch, her soul,
Her heart out on a one way stroll,

Well now friend you've just landed,
Face down and stranded,
In Heartbreak Station,
Where 'em girls cry
Over 'em fools who lie,
Here in Heartbreak Station,
The boys try to keep pain at bay,
Thinking she's gonna up and come back the next day,
It's Heartbreak Station,

Well now, Cindy got home,
Early from her momma's house,
She knew somethin' was wrong,
When thrown on the floor she spotted a blouse,
Her face turned white and her heart to ash,
She beat both of 'em up, got in her car, drove away and crashed,

Billy stood on the curb for a while,
He was torn, as he watched her go,
Why'd I do it, what the hell for, he thought,
Sat for a while and said to himself I just don't know,
Now he sits and drinks his mornin coffe all alone,
Staring holes into his quiet phone,
Waitin on a call that just ain't gonna come,

This here is the loneliest place,
Where they come by the millions with tears on their face,
It's Heartbreak Station,
This is the place you arrive at,
When your down and out, lost without a sense of direction,
It's Heartbreak Station,
Where the broken dreamers lie,
After falling from way up on the wire,
It's Heartbreak Station,

Baby, wanted to go away,
Kept saying I was never 'round,
And so yesterday,
Everything went down,
She quit talkin',
Started walking,

Maybe one day she'll come back,
But then again, she may not,
I was never there and that's a fact,
And this other fact's all I've got,
That she just ain't 'round no more,
She clicked her boot heels on the floor,
And walked out the door,

Well now friend you've just landed,
Face down and stranded,
In Heartbreak Station,
Where 'em girls cry
Over 'em fools who lie,
Here in Heartbreak Station,
The boys try to keep pain at bay,
Thinking she's gonna up and come back the next day,
It's Heartbreak Station,

This here is the loneliest place,
Where they come by the millions with tears on their face,
It's Heartbreak Station,
This is the place you arrive at,
When your down and out, lost without a sense of direction,
It's Heartbreak Station,
Where the broken dreamers lie,
After falling from way up on the wire,
It's Heartbreak Station,

The Wheels On The Bus

I open my eyes and I realise,
I'm far away from home,
No familiar sounds or smells,
No songs, no ringing bells,
The mornings are cold here,
So are the nights,
And aside from the lightbulb,
And my cigarrete nothing shines bright,

Away from my home,
Bound I was,
Chasing after a thought,
That I could stop the wheels on the bus,
But they keep on turnin',
They go round and round,
Taking me closer,
And closer down to the ground,

In the seven eleven,
Down and round the bend,
Or underground,
In the subway train,
I look into the eyes,
Of the battered and torn,
Of the weak and the strong,
Of the dusted and worn,

They walk and they do run,
They go here and there,
Without ever really,
Goin' anywhere,
Our screaming thoughts,
You can clearly hear,
If only I had a couple of bucks,
I could change my rotten luck,

Away from my home,
Bound I was,
Chasing after a thought,
That I could stop the wheels on the bus,
But they keep on turnin',
They go round and round,
Taking me closer,
And closer down to the ground,

Some days ago,
On the bus in the morn',
I looked at the face,
Of a boy, recently born,
His mother's face,
Was tired and grey,
The girl she once was and knew,
Her hopes and dreams had all faded away,

I found myself thinking,
And to myself I did say,
When she and hers,
One day drift away,
Nothing will she,
Have left behind,
No statues, no stories, no songs,
Of her, will you ever find,

Away from my home,
Bound I was,
Chasing after a thought,
That I could stop the wheels on the bus,
But they keep on turnin',
They go round and round,
Taking me closer,
And closer down to the ground,

I wanna stop 'em wheels,
Befor they ride me out,
But I know I can't,
No, no way no how,

Van Morrison - These Are The Days

I'm not a religious person, I believe that we are all just on big thing, just one with everything, the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the stars and the moon, the sun and the planets, the galaxies and constelations in outer space, but I must admit when I listen to this song, I'm a christian for five minutes.

These are the days of the endless summer
These are the days, the time is now
There is no past, there's only future
There's only here, there's only now

Oh your smiling face, your gracious presence
The fires of spring are kindling bright
Oh the radiant heart and the song of glory
Crying freedom in the night

These are the days by the sparkling river
His timely grace and our treasured find
This is the love of the one magician
Turned the water into wine

These are the days of the endless dancing and the
Long walks on the summer night
These are the days of the true romancing
When I'm holding you oh, so tight

These are the days by the sparkling river
His timely grace and our treasured find
This is the love of the one great magician
Turned the water into wine

These are the days now that we must savor
And we must enjoy as we can
These are the days that will last forever
You've got to hold them in your heart.

Van Morrison.

THE ANSWER TO LIFE'S MUCH EASIER THAN U THINK SON!!

Only through yer own eyes can you really start to see mate. Society's not the way, and if it is, it's the wrong one. It's whole concept's based on the assumption that we're all alike, when we're not, we're different, and it's whithing that difference that exists our humanity. So fuck the white collars and the legislatures, the law-makers and the lawyers, the politicians and the lobbiests, the judges and the criminals, the cops and the felons, hang them all, and let them all burn slowly in the pire. Burn the flags and constitutions from every country in the world, disband the nations and bring down the boarders and limits. Burn the wallstreet-behaving bastards along with all the bankers and all the other money-mungering whores who fuck people up for a living. Burn the labels you have on God, abandon the believe that those narrow and hard to walk fucking paths, those box size jails, that all the various religions are, are the only ways to peace and love, 'cuz they really lead only to one place, destruction. And those two things everyone's always yappin' on about, exist withing ourselves, they reside only in our souls, they cannot be found out there in the world. That's why some people are miserable in one particular place and others are happy in the same fucking place. Happiness and peace, we choose to show them or hide them, in the end it's up to you, you wanna be happy? Burn the "social" version of "you", exorcise it if you will, only then will you trully come to know who the fuck you are, what you're fucking made of. See life through your own eyes, not through someone else's. Be yourself, let things be, stop trying to be perfect, and be free, only then will you trully be happy and at peace... CHEERS!
