They take it all away,
They leave you empty-handed,
In the middle of the road,
You're left stranded,
Without a dime in your pocket,
And no place to go,
What's the thing to do,
Who in the world knows.
As long as they can make a buck,
Whether you're hurtin' or not,
I tell you mate, they just don't give a fuck.
You see 'em drowning in champagne on their fancy yats,
And buying gucci coats for their ugly cats,
I tell you mate, they just don't give a fuck, bloddy burocrats.
Where ya goin'?,
Imma blowin',
Your burocratic mind.
You have to fill in forms to fall in love,
And then some more,
When you find that love just ain't enough,
And you wanna walk out the door,
They're all just blue blodded gits,
Who only go to bed,
To fuck like bunnies and make a hoard of burokids,
Ain't that the tits.
Our pain to them is just a form of refined comedy,
If their stocks went down a point, wouldn't that be a tragedy,
Tell you mate, they just don't give a fuck about you and me.
They're all happy go lucky driving in their sport cars,
While we're sitting in our porches pist off at this pharse,
Tell you mate, we're fucked, and they're laughing away drinkin' at their minibars
Watcha' doin'?
Imma running,
'Coz the burocrats are bombing,
They've got their panties,
In a bunch,
Apparently they just can't take a punch.
They see us bleedin',
Lyin' on the streets and pleadin'
But first they need an assesment meeting,
While we're sufferin' and acting like tottlers,
Just kicking away and screamin'.
Tell you mate, Bloddy burocrats.

A Lonely Mile
Feel like I've been walking for hours now,
These streets are old, though they feel changed somehow,
The wind's blowin' but the trees don't sway,
Guess it wasn't such a good idea to come home today.
Wots going on,
In this old town,
I'm all alone,
And there's not a sound,
It looks like these empty streets,
Haven't been walked on in a while,
It's just me,
Walking a lonely lonely mile.
A black veil has been set upon the city,
This once beatiful town, now don't look so pretty,
The warmth is gone, the cold has come,
I feel the chill sinking into my bones,
Or maybe it never really was so warm all along.
Wots going on,
In this old town,
I'm all alone,
And there's not even a sound,
It looks like these empty streets,
Haven't been walked on in a while,
It's just me,
Walking a lonely lonely mile.
The only thing moving me's the blues,
And the feeling that I've got nothing left to lose,
'Coz whatever I felt something for,
Ain't here anymore.
Wots going on,
In this old town,
I'm all alone,
And there's not even a sound,
It looks like these empty streets,
Haven't been walked on in a while,
It's just me,
Walking a lonely lonely mile.
A Clown
No one ever seems to realise,
That the floor we're walking on is holed up with lies,
And though some of us fall through,
We just keep on walking,
'Coz we don't know wot else to do.
But though you're the ones tripping and falling down,
Somehow I always wind up looking like the clown,
You spend yer lives with yer heads buried in the ground,
And 'coz my face is not painted brown, I always look like the clown,
'Coz yer all just kings and queens, but you've missplaced yer crowns,
And I'm the jester in the castle, nothing but a clown.
Shape up yer heart and mind,
Before you run outta time,
Just 'coz everyone is always eating the floor,
Doesn't mean that that's the way to go,
There are many other paths to walk for sure,
But to tread 'em you have to know.
That though they're the ones tripping and falling down,
Somehow you'll always wind up looking like the clown,
They spend their lives with their heads buried in the ground,
And 'coz your face ain't painted brown, you'll always look like the clown,
'Coz they're all just kings and queens, but they've missplaced their crowns,
And you'll just be the jester in the castle, nothing but a clown.
But though they're the ones tripping and falling down,
Somehow we'll always wind up looking like the clowns,
They spend their lives with their heads buried in the ground,
And 'coz our faces aren't painted brown, we'll always look like the clowns,
'Coz they're all just kings and queens, but they've missplaced their crowns,
And we're just the jesters in the castle, nothing but clowns.
