Doy gracias al destino, al maravilloso azar
porque a tu vientre llegué yo a parar,
Pasados 8 meses a este mundo llegué
y en tus brazos acunado, dormido me quedé.

Cariño y afecto siempre me brindaste,
En esos maravillosos años de niñez jamás mi mano soltaste
Y aunque hace mucho tiempo eso fue,
Todavía recuerdo todas esas canciones que de ti escuché
Y todos esos juegos y tiempos invaluables que contigo pasé.

Por estar ahí, siempre ahí,
este humilde poema, he escrito para ti,
Deseoso estoy de poderte hacer orgullosa algún día
Y demostrarte que todo el dolor que pasaste para traerme al mundo
No fue en vano, ni tampoco sin valía.

Te amo Madre y siempre lo haré
Y en mi corazón adonde quiera que vaya, conmigo te llevaré
Eres una en un millón y tratar de encontrar
A otra madre como tu, sería como buscar
Una aguja en un pajar.

Para nadie

Al alba tu camino tomarás
A mis brazos jamás regresarás,
Hacia el horizonte volarás
Y al no poder verte más
En la vastedad del mundo te perderás.

En mis recuerdos perennemente existirás,
Incluso después de tu muerte ahí en esa pequeña,
Pero a la vez inmensa caja estarás.

Tus caricias, tus abrazos y tus besos eternamente atesoraré
Tus suspiros, tu voz y tus te amo por siempre escucharé
Y si acaso los vientos del mundo te soplan nuevamente hacia este inhóspito lugar

You can spend your whole life searching and searching for that something that, let's face it, we all look for, and never find.
